Refund Policy

Subscription billing model

Valdr is sold as a subscription service unless a product page or checkout flow clearly states otherwise.

When you purchase a subscription, you receive access for the billing term you selected, such as a monthly or annual period.

No refunds

All subscription charges are non-refundable once billed, including partial billing periods, unused time, change of mind, or failure to cancel before renewal.

If you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the current paid term and will not renew after that term ends.

When Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record, it may still issue refunds or resolve chargebacks according to its own policies and risk decisions.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not want the next billing cycle charged.

Billing issues

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same order, or experienced a technical billing issue, contact billing@valdr.ai promptly so we can review the transaction.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
