Valdr is designed for local-first operation. In typical use, your project data, prompts, agent execution data, and outputs remain under your control unless you explicitly connect external services or choose to share information with us.

We do not use your data to train machine learning models.

Information we collect

• Account and transaction information needed to create subscriptions, process purchases, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
• Website usage information such as pages viewed, referring pages, and device or browser details. We may collect this directly or through privacy-conscious analytics tooling when enabled.
• Operational information related to service delivery, such as plan status, licensing, and account-level configuration.

Local data and connected services

We do not access, collect, or transmit your local project data, prompts, agent execution data, or outputs as part of normal local-first use.

If you connect third-party services such as model providers, repositories, or external tools, those services may receive data as part of normal operation. You control what is shared and are responsible for reviewing their terms, privacy practices, and security posture.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Valdr and the website.
• Set up accounts, process subscriptions, and communicate about billing or support.

How payment and subscription data is handled

Payments and subscription administration may be handled by Lemon Squeezy or another authorized payment provider. Those providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.

When Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record, it may process payments, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks under its own platform policies.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
