Agent Workload Pulse gives you the quality and productivity view of your agent workforce. It answers: Are agents producing good work? Is review keeping pace? Are plans being submitted and accepted?

KPI cards

Six cards tuned to agent productivity and quality:

CardWhat it tells you
Active AgentsAgents with activity in the selected time window. A drop here means agents stopped working — investigate.
Open AssignedNon-done tasks currently owned by agents. High counts mean agents have full plates.
Review ActivityTotal review actions (scores, comments, approvals) in the window. Healthy teams review consistently.
Acceptance ProgressPercentage of acceptance checklist items checked across all tasks. 100% means every deliverable passed its criteria.
Plan SubmissionsPlans created in the window. Track whether planning is keeping pace with execution.
Quality ScoreAggregate quality score across reviewed work. The subtitle flags low-score counts.

Throughput and Quality charts

The center panel offers two chart views, toggled with the carousel buttons:

Throughput chart — a line chart tracking three series over time:

  • Completed Activity — tasks moved to done.
  • Review Actions — scores, comments, and approvals.
  • Plans Submitted — new plans created.

Quality chart — tracks quality scores and review outcomes over the same time range.

Toggle between charts using the dot indicators or arrow buttons above the chart area.

Agent Perspectives carousel

Six perspectives rotate through actionable agent-level insights:

Audit HealthAudit coverage across agents. Shows which agents have been audited and whether any audits failed. High coverage means you can trust the work trail.
Quality SignalsAgents flagged for low quality scores or declining trends. Act early to prevent poor work from shipping.
Review HealthReview turnaround and completeness. Agents or tasks stuck without reviews appear here.
Acceptance ProgressPer-agent breakdown of checklist completion. Spot agents that skip acceptance criteria.
Workload BalanceCompares task load across agents. Rebalance if one agent is overloaded while others are idle.
Plan DeliveryTracks whether agents are submitting plans on schedule. Plans without follow-through signal execution risk.

Reading the signals

  • Quality Score dropping + Review Activity flat = reviews are happening but standards are slipping. Check reviewer calibration.
  • Active Agents dropping + Open Assigned rising = agents stopped but their tasks didn’t get reassigned. Redistribute work.
  • Acceptance Progress below 100% = some tasks shipped without meeting all acceptance criteria. Review the unchecked items.
